eInvolveTerms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using eInvolve.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern einvolve.com and related eInvolve services: search, listings, chat, the internal calendar, library, checkout, and payouts. Creating an account or using the platform means you agree. If you do not agree, do not use eInvolve.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms are a contract between you and eInvolve. In-product rules (fees, Partner, refunds) apply as shown in the app and on /info.

  • You must accept these Terms to use the platform as a registered user.
  • We may update these Terms; the posted version applies unless we state a later effective date.
  • The Privacy Policy explains personal data. Feature copy on /info matches current fees and Partner rules; if copy and these Terms ever conflict on a fee, the in-product checkout total controls that payment.
  • If you use eInvolve for a business, you confirm you can bind that entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a contract and follow the laws that apply to what you list or buy.

  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
  • Keep email and profile accurate. Sign-in uses email codes and, optionally, Google sign-in.
  • You may not use eInvolve if the law or a prior suspension bars you.
  • Providers are responsible for licenses, taxes, and regulated offerings in their jurisdiction.
  • Physical (non-digital) purchases are limited to the same country as the provider. Digital items can be bought across countries. In-person Counter orders at the venue are not blocked by that country rule.

3. Accounts, workspaces, and security

You are responsible for your login, your workspaces (entities), and who you invite.

  • Protect access to your email (OTP) and any Google sign-in. Tell us if you think the account is compromised.
  • Roles (including Operator and Producer) only get the permissions you assign. Do not share logins.
  • We may suspend accounts that look compromised, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
  • You can export data or schedule deletion in Settings → Privacy. Some records remain as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • Google Calendar in Settings → Integrations is optional and separate from Google sign-in. Google’s terms apply to Google’s products. Calendar use is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Marketplace

eInvolve hosts customers and providers. Unless we say otherwise, we are not the seller of a provider’s listing.

  • Providers control listings, prices, stock (when enabled), availability, and fulfillment. Only items in offering mode appear in public search. Selling through checkout requires a connected Stripe account.
  • Item types include products, services, quotes, courses, rentals, events and tickets, jobs, and curricula. Services and jobs are not sold through Stripe checkout; jobs and curricula use the application flow.
  • Customers must review options (including variant attributes) before paying. Cart address is the address used at checkout for non-digital items.
  • The purchase contract is between customer and provider. eInvolve provides the platform, payment rails, and tools (chat, calendar, assets).
  • In-person Counter (comanda): ordering from a table QR requires a logged-in customer. Walk-ins can be taken by staff. Each order is paid separately; there is no combined table bill in the product today.
  • Orders may use confirmation codes or QR for handover or entry, as the listing configures.
  • We do not guarantee quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of user listings, chat, or files.

5. Calendar and Google Calendar

Bookings live on the eInvolve calendar. Google Calendar sync is optional.

  • Availability and events in eInvolve are the source the product uses for slots and reminders.
  • If you connect Google Calendar, a server sync can copy qualifying eInvolve events to the calendar you selected, and can read that calendar to keep availability aligned.
  • AI tools and future chat or WhatsApp bots do not call Google APIs. They would only create eInvolve events; sync to Google, if enabled, is the same trigger as a booking you create in the app. Messaging bots that book automatically are not live yet.
  • Google may show an unverified-app screen until OAuth verification completes. That is Google’s process, not a substitute for these Terms.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Marketplace fees and optional subscriptions are separate.

  • Sales through Stripe Connect: eInvolve takes 5% of the sale as a platform fee. Stripe’s processing fees are extra and set by Stripe.
  • Partner is optional. You choose a monthly amount (minimum $1). Partner can add storage (baseline 10 GB for everyone; Partner bonus at $0.20 per GB of that monthly amount), higher search priority more often (everyone still appears in search), and Partner-only AI quotas shown in Settings. Ads are not live; Partner ad-free applies when ads launch.
  • Affiliate commissions come from the provider’s proceeds on referred orders. They do not reduce the 5% platform fee.
  • Prices and quotas in checkout and Settings control that charge. We may change list prices with notice where the law requires it.
  • Discounts and coupons apply only as the product validates at checkout.

7. Payments and payouts

Card, Pix, and payouts run on Stripe. You must follow Stripe’s terms.

  • Providers complete Stripe Connect in Settings before payouts. Customers pay through Stripe Checkout (or methods we enable there).
  • eInvolve calculates totals, shipping, discounts, and the platform fee. Shipping is a separate line when the order is not on-site.
  • Failed payments, chargebacks, and disputes follow Stripe plus our review. We may delay or hold payouts for fraud or legal holds.
  • You must not ask buyers to pay off-platform to skip the 5% fee or Stripe.

8. Refunds

Refunds use the in-app request workflow after a payment has been recorded.

  • Customers may request a refund on paid orders. Providers approve or reject in the product. Listing cancellation policy still applies where the product enforces it.
  • Approved amounts go back through Stripe and cannot exceed the remaining paid balance on that line after earlier refunds.
  • eInvolve is not required to pay refunds outside that workflow, except where the law says otherwise.
  • Chargebacks may reverse payouts even after an in-app refund decision.

9. Acceptable use

Use eInvolve lawfully. Do not defraud users or the platform.

  • No illegal listings or content; no IP or privacy violations.
  • No fake ratings, search manipulation, or off-platform payment to avoid fees.
  • No scraping or automated access that harms the service, except as we allow in writing.
  • No impersonation, spam, malware, or harassment in chat, WhatsApp, or listings.
  • Do not upload content you cannot license. Secret notes are for your data; do not use them to hide illegal material.

10. Content and intellectual property

You keep rights in what you upload. You grant eInvolve the license needed to host and show it.

  • That license covers listings, images, courses, tickets, chat, and files, including showing them to the other party to a deal.
  • You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
  • We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law. Automated moderation may delay or reject posts.
  • eInvolve marks and software stay ours. Secret-note plaintext is yours; we never hold it, so we cannot produce it for you later.
  • AI features may process eInvolve content you submit to them (photos, résumés, chat) using third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI, xAI Grok, and Google Gemini). They do not process Google Workspace API data. Output can be wrong; you remain responsible for listings and employment decisions.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent the law allows.

  • We do not promise unbroken, error-free, or fully secure service.
  • We are not liable for user content, Stripe, Google, WhatsApp, maps, or other processors, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • Google Calendar sync depends on Google and on a correct connection. Optional location checks depend on the device and the venue’s settings.
  • Where a disclaimer is not allowed, our liability is limited to the maximum the law permits.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close access for breach, fraud, or to protect users.

  • You may stop using eInvolve and request deletion, subject to open orders, payouts, and legal holds.
  • Closing the account does not cancel money already owed, Stripe disputes, or Partner charges already billed for that period.
  • Fee, disclaimer, and liability terms survive termination.
  • We give notice when we reasonably can; fraud and safety may require an immediate block.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms follow the law that applies to eInvolve’s operating entity and to you as a consumer, without conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere.

  • Contact support before formal proceedings when you can.
  • Where allowed, courts designated by eInvolve have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
  • If one clause fails, the rest still apply.
  • These Terms are the whole agreement on use of eInvolve, replacing earlier oral or written deals on the same subject.
